ELYSTA Foundation donates $1,000.00/year to qualifying Juniors and Seniors in High School in need of financial assistance with college applications. If you are a High School Junior or Senior, complete and submit the form to be considered for the MCN Scholarship. Applications are accepted August - December 1st. All scholarship participants will be notified by December 31st.
